schedule And Class Times
Schedule: The complete schedule will be available the end of February on the Schedule section of this site. A preliminary schedule by broad class type is available now
Class length: Each individual class will be approximately one hour in length. See schedule for details.
Arrival times: please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your class. For string players please ensure that you tune and set up prior to the start of your class. Please ensure the adjudicator's assistant know that you have arrived.
All classes are open to spectators. Friends and family are encouraged to support participants by watching classes. Out of respect to all participants, spectators must remain seated quietly until the end of the class

What is the dress DRESS code?
If possible please wear recital style (more formal, no jeans or sneakers) clothes for your class.
Music and accompA-nists
Music for adjudicators: please bring an original copy of your music or score. Photocopies will not be accepted. Please hand it in to the adjudicator's assistant prior to your class.
Accompanists: The Festival does not provide accompanists, if required, you must arrange for your own accompanist prior to your class performance. If you are having trouble finding an accompanist we can make recommendations. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a Showcase concert?
We would like to invite everyone to our BVMF showcase concert late Sunday afternoon, March 31, 2019 at artsPlace. The concert is open to the public (donations gratefully accepted) so please feel free to invite your family and friends!
Showcase performers will be chosen by our adjudicators and will be notified by Saturday evening. If any students participating in the festival are unable to perform in this concert please let us know prior to the festival.
